so have a question does this mean i cannot go into cat form from boomkin?

Cat Form Shapeshift into Cat Form, causing Agility to increase attack power, increasing autoattack damage by 100%, and increasing movement speed by 25% (cumulative with most other movement speed increases. Also protects the caster from Polymorph effects and allows the use of various cat abilities. Energy regeneration continues while not in Cat Form. The act of shapeshifting frees the caster of movement impairing effects. Can't be cast in Tree of Life Form, Moonkin Form. Shapeshift. 3.7% of Base Mana. Instant.

Also notice how the old tooltip has the same phrase in it. I wouldn't lose any sleep over this tbh :P
