Personally, I believe that ignorance is bliss. I also believe it is a more noble cause to search out knowledge and meaning for yourself. But as soon as you start the journey of looking for higher meaning and knowledge, the temptation to give up and not care becomes difficult to resist.
So does one live a life of blind ignorance and happiness? Or does one search for his own meaning in life knowing that it is going to break him down and make an old man out of him before his time?

Ignorance IS bliss, ignorance helps people to sleep at night without being driven crazy with what they should not know. Look at children, the most ignorant people in the world yet usually the happiest.
