    Curse of Elements

Sorry if this has been brought up.
Done a quick search and never found anything.
Has anyone else noticed CoE keeps dropping off Bosses whilst raiding. I find myself
frequently having to refresh it. Now I dont know if somethings replacing it and
if it is it does not show on targeted boss.
    Can anyone enlighten me plz

Are you doing LFR? Do you use ElvUi (or have your target frames set to only display your personal buffs/debuffs on the target). If so, it is highly likely another warlock is overriding your CoE cast.

This poster is probably correct. If it bugs you, turn on the full debuffs, or perhaps make a macro where its cast along with another spell, Malefic Grasp or something.

wouldnt it also be canceled every time rogue put their poisons on since they do the same?

Naw, Rogue poisons doesnt overwrite it nor does windserpent as CoE last longer, would bee wrong if 30sec/1 min debuffs owerwrote a 5 min one

How would that work? Surely Curse of the Elements is on the GCD, same as Malefic Grasp and casting it every time you use your filler spell would also be quite a mana loss over the course of a 6 min boss fight.

Nope, both debuffs will be present. They just don't stack their effects.

I know every time I've run LFR with my Lock, I throw it on a target, and within 10sec, it gets knocked off (at least being sourced by me). Thankfully, ForteExorcist, even when in "Own Debuffs Only" mode will still show Curse of Elements pop back up, but separated from my debuffs, indicating another Warlock applied it.

Not a big deal really. We are all just very proactive.
Games are not necessarily "easier" today. You are just a better player.
It takes more now to impress many gamers than it did 2-5 years ago, because so much has already been seen and done.
Many players expect to be wow'd with every release of a beloved franchise.
These are generally NOT the fault of the developers, but the fault of many players over-hyping and/or setting expectations too high.

Here is a weak aura that tells if any of the Magic debuffs are on the target
