Swimming in weps, Help

I'm usually prot and fury as off spec.
My problem is I dont know which weapons to use.

For TG i have:
Normal: Shin'ka, Execution of Dominion(no sha gem)
Normal: Starshatter)

For SMF i have:
HC: Worldbreaker's Stormscythe
Normal: Acid-Spine Bonemace
HC: Elegion, the Fanged Crescent
LFR: Kilrak, Jaws of Terror(with sha gem)

Is it worth it losing so much crit for wep dmg? :S, and stop being jelly treelife.

Well then the problem is solved, thx .
As I said fury is my off spec and I don't know the value of wep dmg compared to crit and other stats I lose going for none beneficial stats.
