Peculiar Energy Source + Engineering.

Has anyone gotten this item yet from Itoka <Master of the Forge>? Its supposed to open up new Engineering items and a daily recipe to make. He always drops a similar item for Blacksmithing, which I have successfully looted. So I think this is bugged, or I'm just doing something wrong.

Anyone have any luck or better information?

its been removed from the game to fix a bug, I'm not sure what the bug is but it must be pretty serious to remove an item from the game, it should be added back at a later date

EDIT: Apparently it was an issue with the Skyclaw mount that you can learn from the quest, Blizzard said they aren't ready to release the mount just yet, so they removed the quest item until the issue is resolved so they could release it all together.
