    What happens to the Kor'Kron after SoO?

    Replace them with a new organization? "de" kor-kron all the current members and put new people in?

    What do you suggest?

    Probably keep them as they are, they follow the Warcheif and that's that. Those that remain loyal to Thrall would likely surrender. What I hope is that some trolls and tauren can also be members.

    Possibly nothing. The Kor'kron are loyal to whoever leads the Horde, not any particular individual. If Thrall becomes Warchief again, the Kor'kron will follow him, whether or not they liked Garrosh more.

    Pretty much this. To use a contemporary (American) example, think of them as the Marines that stand at parade rest 24/7 outside the Oval Office. They are serving as ceremonial guards to the "Commander-in-Chief", not specifically "Obama".

    The current kor'kron will probably be farmed for trash rep over and over until lore wise they all die defending garrosh. The new Warchief can have some new guards with more agreeable loyalties.

    They get tossed into a goblin-made shredder and we distribute the resulting chunks of flesh to random mobs as [Mystery meat], then guards with a less crazy mindset get put in their place.

    Either disbanded entirely or suitably reorganized with orcs who have the 'right' attitude.

    At this point though, I'm kinda hoping that Garrosh and his supporters are able to flee Orgrimmar and form a new Horde faction around his ideals. Maybe set up in Stonetalon or something.

    Probably a Kor'kron purge and all of Garrosh's supporters are removed and perhaps the Kor'kron itself is reformed. It is a high elite organization loyal to the Horde. They can be body guards to higher ups in the Horde. Orc, Tauren, Forsaken, Trolls. Essentially they are loyal to the Horde itself and not totally to the leader. Well yes to the leader to a big extent but if their leader is corrupt and does what Garrosh is doing now. They would be in the right taking Garrosh out.

    I know it's weird of me trying to make something up for the Horde but I guess I'm just trying to improve everything.

    They are loyal to the warchief, meaning garrosh. Those who participate in the revolt are renouncing their membership in the Kor'kron. I don't see this organization continuing to exist after being defeated because it represents everything wrong with orcish society.
