Where are people getting this from, Saurfang was an overall overlord, he has as much control over the Kor'kron as any other overlord, but he has no special tie to them.

I was looking at the wiki page: http://www.wowpedia.org/Kor%27kron main leader says Malkorok and secondary had him as high and a couple others, might not be accurate though.

Not really. The Kor'kron are specially trained from the most loyal to the warchief. So they wouldn't just switch like some goblin getting a better offer.

The word you want to use is "have" not "of".
You may have alot of stuff in your country, but we got Lolland.

Yes. Loyal only to the Warchief. If Thrall killed Garrosh and became Warchief, the Kor'kron would follow him even if they preferred Garrosh's leadership.

They will die to the last defending Garrosh, since no Warchief has ever been so directly threatened before. I expect them to be either trash before the Garrosh fight, or adds during the Garrosh fight.

After SoO, the new Warchief will appoint a new set of elite guards that match their preference. We could have New Kor'kron, Tauren Braves, Silvermoon Rangers, Darkspear Enforcers, the Gob Squad, who knows.

Probably an little after party; just like, some cake and punch, maybe a few little awards or bonuses handed out for good work or something.

Either that or most of them will be killed defending Garrosh, those few who turn on him and aid the players - er, that is, the rebellion - will survive and be integrated into a new organization.

After all the atrocities the organization committed, my guess is they are going to be disbanded -not that many will remain after SoO- The name would bring back to many bad memories and it will probably just be buried. I also don't think the horde would create another elite guard to replace them, at least not right away.

They'll get disbanded and replaced by the Alliance Occupation Force.

they are mostly soldiers, and they will follow orders from the new warchief, few high ranking will still be loyal to garrosh, they either die or sent to the troll district.

There was a similar situation after WW2: After the Wehrmacht has been disbanded and the Allies decided, that the Federal Republic of Germany needs an army against the Red Storm, they took some ex-Wehrmacht Soldiers and recruited them again. As i remember right, they've been replaced by some fresh meat in the 50's or 60's, but im not sure about that...

I'll say, that this will be the same. Garrosh loyalists are getting removed and a new Kro'kron like army is getting formed and "Pro-New Warchief"-Veterans are getting recruited for it again. And in a few years, they are getting replaced by some young and fresh recruits.
