    Need help building a computer

Hey all, I know I don't have any posts, I tend to lurk a lot... but, I was hoping you could help me create a computer. It feels overwhelming to figure out what I need, the best prices, and what's compatible.. so any help would be appreciated!
So here's what you need to know...

    Budget - 1000$
    Resolution - 1080
Games / Settings Desired - Generally I play MMOs, so WoW, GW2, Rift.. also Skyrim.. would love for the highest settings possible, but high framerate is preferred.
Any other intensive software or special things you do - nothing else really, paint in photoshop occasionally, but isnt important
    Country - US
Parts that can be reused - none
I do need an OS, mouse/keyboard/speakers but I'm not particular about those, opinions are welcomed! Also, I'm using a TV for a monitor, not sure if that effects performance or anything, though if I need an hdmi adapter or anything would be good to know.

Thanks in advance for any help!

Comes to around $1040 before MiRs, and should knock most games you're playing around when overclocked.

EDIT: well, shit - just noticed the mouse/keyboard/speakers/OS stuff. Well, if that's the case, you can lose the SSD and get everything out of that, like this:
