ToT healing trinkets

Is it just me or are the healing trinkets just awful, apart from horridon's last grasp?

Got stolen relic of zuldazar a couple days ago on normal, and a raidfinder hydra-spawn trinket, and they both seem to be pure shit, proc-wise.

So are we yet again to be stuck with an inferior ilvl-wise albeit good trinket this tier? (shado pan assault)

Seems to me that the only rational trinket choises are horridon's last grasp + the valor trinket :<. The one from lei shen is probably decent based on fight, but also feels very lacklustre.
