If those cloaks remain upgradable, so long having any need for a new cloak until into the next expansion.

It's my belief that this cloak will be upgraded to the final legendary, utilizing the Sha-Touched Socket.

I wouldn't doubt if we had to 'Voltron' all the pieces together. Gem + Eye + Meta + Cloak = OnyxiaWrathion Scale Cloak
