(Feather>Rage>Valor>Spark/510 Lei Shen> Gaze.
Feather BIS - Strength stack is very significant, same as the int/agility ones are all BiS, but manageable hit can be an issue
Rage BIS - 61 % uptime almost gives a static 1300-2600 Strength due to overlaps, and static Crit>haste reforge
Valor Early BIS - Expertise (in opinion) is easy to work with to and from reforges and the trinket lines up with pillars clipping right before or after cd timer
Spark- 75 second difference between procs on avg 26 % up-time, lines up horribly with pillar and is not up for burst
Lei Shen - Equivalent on sims to Spark and stat weights although the uptime is very high near 39 % but lower strength amount
Gaze - Significance of a crit "proc" is a very low demeanor for frost dks and should be avoided


Concerning pieces are using Council Hit sword / Primordius blue socket cloak / Tortos Hit neck as these can directly affect hit caps and whether feather is going to be wasted hit. Personally i am using Lei shen sword, Valor cloak and Thunder-forged Crit mastery neck in preparation for the feather.

Now, I appreciate that you would put together such a list.
However things like elitist jerks already show this, and explain it a lot more clear then you did :/ I mean you can link your toon's armory, but not link any of the actual items you mean and instead just say "Tortos (hit/crit)"? I'm sorry but this was more confusing to read and I actually looked up a coherent list just to make sense of what you said here.

ive personally seen issues and week updates on EJ in past xpacs back in wrath and other points where they were actually not correct, when i was first hand testnig or had a friend doing the same in heroic progression. i have been parsing top 50 on almost every 10 man fight and i have a few legendary top 10 parses this xpac
this is simply my personal experience and forecoming for other people to see, i am still asked by friends daily about dk questions and gear etc
you do not have to read or even comment on this, this is for other people who do not have time to read multiple sites.


Feather as, int and agility trinket is hands down bis as every other class is, due to the stacking factor and how much it equates to it is the most "
strength" per proc uptime trinket.

Rage is 2nd bis due to its more frequent uptime during hero and easy ways of clipping extra stacks getting anywhere from 2666 ish strength up to close to its max potential it simple outweights due to the consistent strength / stat uptime.

Valor trinket although its expertise it lines up almost the same uptime as the spark around 70-85 between activation, but its more reliable and has a larger proc giving it a higher value in comparison. Neither valor or Spark line up with Pillar burst. Also if your at a certain gear point im already pushing 10k haste and you will want more of substantial strength proc amount then 800 haste through reforges. Valor trinket also lines up with beginning burst and hero. But neither of these are bis to Rage and Feather regardless.

Lei shen has great stats and uptime but its proc is very weak it and its static stats is not as high as spark and valor trinket which is why it loses due to having 150 less stats and the uptime on a 45 sec icd, puts it around a 90 icd where the other trinkets are on a 75 icd run time.

Not to mention looking at many top end Deathknights such as Vereesà EU is using Feather and Valor trinket atm, i trust their judgement as they were ranking top 10 every fight in heroic 10 man last tier and already pushing 9 heroics in tot current.

These are all from personal testing, PTR, Live and Friends who consistently do Sims on trinkets weekly for warriors and Deathknights.
