Just fyi the highest parses on tortos are done as destruction. I've pretty much played destro the entire tier and can do same or better on every fight (except council) so far this tier. Also, if you want to look at a per boss fight you can go to raidbots.com and see how each specs are performing on every fight (its not perfect and theres def flaws but it does give some good information). Also, keep in mind that in sims destro performs better at lower gear levels and affliction starts pulling ahead at higher gear levels (I've heard around mid 520's) so there is also that to take into consideration.
That's probably with Bat AoE though. Affliction's strength on Tortos is multidotting turtles and CoEx.
