    I need some help with a .tga for kgPanels

    I'm trying to build my own UI, but I'm starting to doubt I can do it with tga and kgPanels just like I want it to be.
    I need to "convert" this image to a tga with alpha chanell, but every time I try I don't get the same efect:

    The examples I see everywhere are with 100% solid or 100% transparent (black or white), but nothing between.
    Can I do it like in the example with an tga alpha?
    And, if I could...how!?

    I might be misunderstanding, but if you want your image to be a transparent .tga be sure to save it as 32-bit. 24-bit can't be transparent, as far as I know.

    I know this tutorial can be quite long winded but it covers basically everything there is to know about how kgpanels work and how to create good art and to import it into the game without the use of alpha channels;

    Hey, that video was P E R F E C T!
    I didn't think about trying with Gimp! My bad...it always did this kind of easy tricks by itself.
    That's the problem of PS: sometimes it alienates your mind, and make you forget about every other tool.

    Thank you very much
