Is it possible if so what talents/glyphs are recommended and what is the best way of doing it? Just stay on the boss 100% or be down killing everything and then going on the boss?

I like Elemental Mastery and Unleashed Fury for this fight. Use everything except Ascendance and Hero/Lust on the pull, then use Ascendance / Lust / Elemental Mastery when you have 24 or 25 stacks of the buff. Depending on your gear you should be able to kill her in a single phase. (200k DPS ish for a single phase kill).

I soloed Alysrazor HC last patch so unless they changed something it's 100% possible.
