Theramore was absolutely legit, Southshore is not.
How does destroying an entire city becomes legit when we have been fed that destroying orgrimmar is really bad through whole tides of war book. Orgrimar is much bigger threat and houses horde's army, makes horde's weapons. Much legit than theramore can ever be.

Theramoore had evacuated its civilian population, at least, all the ones that were willing to leave.

Because Theramore was the most militarized bastion on Kalimdor, Jaina herself says that in Tides of war, they had time to evacuate the civilians and evecuate those who wanted to, everyone who remained in the city was defending knowing full well they could die there and in the end they did. It was not nice to drop a bomb to kill them all, but it was legit. Just as the Purge of Dalaran/Stratholme is legit etc.

That is what i am saying. Orgrimmar is the most militarized city on whole kalimdor, it feeds whole horde war machine, seat of power. Yet whole the cast stopped jaina from attacking it.

Also about evacuation not wanting your city to fall to any aggressor that wants it makes you valid to be nuked?

Pure speculation with no evidence to back it up. Its much more likely the Scourge left for Kalimdor to support Archimonde after he removed the LK from command. It isn't likely he left them in the city he was about to raze.

Garrosh waited for days, that was more than enough time to evacuate and they did, those who remained behind were willing to die. Jaina on the other hand would have struck without a warning, without preparation meaning everyone in Orgrimmar and the Alliance fleet would have drowned.

Not really do the first wc3 mission when you met Kael he says something stirred the undead at Dalaran and that is why they are leaving Silverpine.

He killed members of the Kirin Tor in Netherstorm. There's the betrayal.

Every idealistic dreamer deserves such emotional trauma. Break their innocence, plant the seeds of insanity in their mind, revel in their acts.

You have to break such paragons, so that their subjects start to doubt them.

Yeah, this. There were a few survivors (like Vargoth, who's even on the Isle of Thunder) who would have had some stories to tell.

Yes, Kirin'Var; I hadn't thought of that. That was some pretty blatant betrayal from Kael'thas; but that's the point where it gets morally tricky -and adds dept to Kaelthas actions- He was incarcerated in Dalaran and sentenced to die, but not by the council of Six. So how should he feel about the Kirin'tor? It becomes the game "whom betrayed whom first"

It isn't clear what happened to the council post-war, but is pretty obvious during the TFT campaign that they are nowhere around and Garithos is calling all the shots. So then the Kirin'tor didn't betray Kael'thas and the blood elves. But to this day, that's a thorn on the blood elves side, because at best, the Kirin'tor was negligent of protecting their own members.

So I think that betrayal towards Kael'thas, although not perpetrated by the Kirin'tor itself, made him resent them. Whatever the cause of the Kirin'tor's silence, it did cost the blood elves their alliances and almost their lives. Then when Kael'thas sanity started to slip, his decimation of Kirin'Var was if anything completely justifiable by him, and probably most of the elves that where sentenced to death in Dalaran.

It's complicated even when I favor the Kirin'tor, their neglect spiraled events that shaped the future conflicts and wars in both Azeroth and Outland.
