Is it possible to change skin for weakauras, like bartender?

No, however you can replace the warcraft icons (check wowinterface) and that will change the icons. You can also add your own bar/font/texture to shared media to tweak other aura types.

As mentioned above, changing icons directly without any AddOns will do the trick, I would recommend Clean Icons. http://www.wowinterface.com/download...cons-Thin.html

If you want your weakauras to show only the ability/item icon and not the ugly border, you can zoom in a bit in each WeakAura so that it crops out the border of the icon.
