Since I'm not familiar with bible studies/literature, does it go the higher the level the worse it is, or the other way around?

This whole seven levels of Hell stuff is absolutely nowhere in scripture for the record lol. As for within the concept of the seven levels, I think only the level with Lucifer is thought of as definitively worse than the rest and only limbo thought of as definitively better than the rest.

mmm purgatory..though i dont want to be religous here because mmo-champ wont allow it? the bible puts purgatory in as a kind of waiting list to be decided if your going to heaven or hell...and in most cases its hell...honestly everything under level 2.... depending.

It's also funny because I don't believe in the 9 lairs of hell or whatever this is, but yay for no being eternally condemned by this website's perspective I guess?

Fifth Level of Hell

The river Styx runs through this level of Hell, and in it are punished the wrathful and the gloomy. The former are forever lashing out at each other in anger, furious and naked, tearing each other piecemeal with their teeth. The latter are gurgling in the black mud, slothful and sullen, withdrawn from the world. Their lamentations bubble to the surface as they try to repeat a doleful hymn, though with unbroken words they cannot say it. Because you lived a cruel, vindictive and hateful life, you meet your fate in the Styx.
