Shadow 2 set

Looked through most of the threads could not find an answer to my question.
I have the debate between my 2 set bonus with gloves/legs or TF Crystal-claw gloves and Al'set's tormented leggings.
The question is if the 2 set bonus is worth giving up the better gear

It might help which two set tier bonus you are talking about, Tier 14 or 15?
