Parenting a Weakaura to another frame?

Hey all. I was curious if there is a way to Parent a weakaura to another frame. In this instance, I'd like to parent it to the unit target Widget in Threatplates. Is this possible? Thanks.

not within the normal functionality of weakauras, no. Its theoretically possible to create another addon that creates anchoring for weakauras, but.. nothing like that exists as far as I'm aware.
