When to Break T14 4-piece set bonus?

Hey all!
I currently have the T14 4-piece set bonus, which doubles the length of Shadow Blades. I feel this is a pretty power set bonus.
Therefore, when looking to upgrade pieces to T15 (it'll be Raid Finder ilvl, my guild currently doesn't raid ToT), how many pieces should I have in order to break the T14 set bonus? Should I immediately equip the first piece of T15 I get, or wait til I have the 2-piece set bonus?

Basically: how do I weigh the 4-piece set bonus of T14 against new T15 gear?

For me it was only worth it, when I switched to 2T15. Also its a good exchange. Your opening burst phase will be shorter and thus weaker, but having 2-6 combo points vs 1-5 is extremly potent and quality of life.
