    Lei shen normal strat

Whats the strat you guys use for this boss?

We start on bouncing bolt, take it to 95 energy and then move on, and do everything possible to phase it before touching static shock so the shocks in the first transition are as low damage as possible.

The reason we disable bouncing bolt is that it always lines up with static shock in the second transition and can sometimes mess people up trying to stack for shock. This is 25-man so there's a lot of bolts and sometimes it's annoying to get all 7 people in for the shock.

The reason we don't disable static shock first is that it can lead to deaths in the first transition when static shock is hitting for 2.9 million.

Assuming your strat works for 10man I'll give it a try tonight! Any other strats or tips are appreciated!!

Our 10 man starts with disabling Diffusion Chain because it's the only one punishing for stacking up, so the second transition gets better. Just start from it, and move clockwise (move south around the Decapitate, which puts the energy around 92-96), and you'll end up to the north one last, which as a bonus happens to be Statick Shock and usually it gets way lower energy than the others and thus also does less damage during the transition.
Moves from south to west and from west to north were timed right after Thunderstruck which puts the beacons around 84-90 energy. Actually Fatboss guide has it down pretty well, and is pretty much the same thing that we do. Here's a link to it: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2NtoFe46tMc

Doing like korpi, few wipes sub 20% and one on 4%.
Though static shock is a pain, we just pray that mage/hunter/pala will get it.

    3ppl stacking wont cut it

Have each tank solo a quadrant. They can't get targeted by most the stuff, so they just have to worry about soaking balls. If they get 2 at once, soak one while the other bounces, pick up the add, and soak it on the second bounce. In the second transition, put both tanks together.

This leaves the other two quadrants with 4 people each; just be extra careful that you are NOT STACKED for Diffusion Chain. 4 adds: no bueno.

guys i need an help on lei shen 10 n.

We have no problems on p1 (no empowered pillars) and in transition1. In p2 we always empower a pillar due to dps. If we empower overcharge one, we get a massive overcharge @start of transition2 that stuns players and get random deaths. If we stack and wait for overcharge first, we get bouncing balls all around the arena that aren't soaked.

If we make it alive after transition2, we always have 1-2 random deaths in transition2 , and we get killed around 9-11% of boss health.
Any suggestion? Is there a way to not empower pillars in p2 and have a smooth transition 2? Tnx in advance

We did just like you did now and we found us self having random death's aswell. What we did instead was to first charge up diffusion most in p1, and then level up overcharge instead. This will do so all can stack on each quadrant they are on since chain lightning dont exist anymore, so instead of soaking 2 static shocks u take no damage instead, this should do so your healers got mana and cds for last phase.

We disable the north static shock pillar first. As we found that the most annoying in 2nd transition, getting twice the amount of static shocks and a lot more dmg.

So we start to disable with north pillar: static shock.

we split our raid into 4 groups (reading earlier post in here about tank take each a 1 quadrant sounds better)
    1: 2 tanks
    2: 2 dps + 1 healer
    3: 2 dps + 1 healer
    4: 1 dps + 1 healer

group 4 is a hunter and a disc priest. The way we do it is on the 1st static shock i use pw barrier and make sure to be both topped off. on the 2nd static shock i use pain surpression on myself and the hunter (unglyphed) deterrence.
Without those cooldowns you probably wont survive.

phase 2 we start at the east pillar: diffusion chain. We actually let it lvl up so you buy yourself time during phase 2 (as you lost 1 quadrant of time) and after it lvls up we let this 1 get the highegst energy. the other pillars we just let get high on energy but not lvl up. on our first kill we actually dragged him to the middle and let the whole raid get dmg for a few secs before transition then let another pillar lvl up.

For the energy balls we just stay spread and when they spawned the pillaar did its thing and then we just stack and nuke it all down.

2nd transition is jsut the same as the first just without static shock. And the pillar that lvled up doesnt do much as you should be spread anyway.

for the 3 quadrants spread the healers and dps over 2 of them and the 2 tanks takes 1 quadrant.

phase 3 just dps and dont stand in crap

We feel like 2 healing it but hadnt found the way for the transition phase yet. but by giving each tank 1 quadrant we suree gonna try that. As the healing is not intensive.

wanted to post out kill vid but ddnt spam the forum enough yet to be allowed posting links. but if you search on Youtube for "Endeavour Lei Shen" its probably the first

We disable diffusion chain first and level up overcharge the most during phase 2. This makes the second transition very easy, as you can stay stacked up in your group the entire time except for 1) going to get bouncing bolts but then coming right back and 2) leaving the stack to solo soak static shock if you're able. We tried a number of combinations, and this worked out to be the easiest by far for our particular group. Prior, we kept having overcharge + diffusion chain happening near simultaneously on the same group and things of that nature which were causing issues. This is 25-man.

10 man here - our tactic without details..

    disabling difusion chain first

    transition1: grp1: holy pala + hunter grp2: both tanks grp3: heal dudu + 2 dds grp4: disc + 2 dds

    disabling lvl upped overcharge now

    trasition 2: grp1: holy pala + hunter + 1 tank grp2: heal dudu + 2 dds + 1 tank grp3: disc + 2 dds

    kill boss

In p2, one pillar WILL level up for sure, id recommend leveling up overcharge, if you disabled chain lightning in phase 1.

In transition nr2, with one upleveled overcharge just stack tightly on each others. Catch the bouncing adds and immediately stack on each others. The one with static shock runs out, solo soaks and gets back into stacking. This way overcharge wont cause any problems at all even tho its leveld up. Thats how we done for 4 weeks straight without any problem. Just make sure overcharges dont get all the way to neighbours platforms

random deaths in transition 2 are acutally not even necessary, if you do what i said you will fore sure manage, key is stay stacked at all times only run out to solo soak static shock and to catch adds, immediately get back on stacking literarly ONTOP of each others!! (reason is if 2 people get overcharged at same platform and arent stacked they will kill each others..

also remember static shock has 8 sec trigger time. And overcharge 6 i think, so dont "panic" as soon as someone gets em.

solo soaking with static shock is easy..

    hunter - 2x deterence
    rogue - endless soaks
    paladin - bubble
    shadowpriest - disperse
discpriest just have whole group stacked at him (dont stack immediately, stack 2-3 sec before detonation) with power word barrier
warlock - dark bargain + HS/unedning resolve after hit
shaman - all personals, maybe togheter with a hand of sacrifice or auramastery. / ankh.
    mage - iceblock
druid - symbiosis deterence/iceblock/cloak/bubble/etc depending on druid/symbiosis player specc
warrior - rally cry, shield wall die by the sword, maybe external magic CD like aura mastery

bet everyone has something to survive AT LEAST one!!
