[Tyrannical Gladiator's Spellblade] vs [Tyrannical Gladiator's Mageblade]

Can anyone tell me if the speed of the weapon will affect my dmg. I see that they have the same stats but the dagger has a speed of 1.60 and the sword has a speed of 2.60.

If anyone could let me know I thank you!

Weapon speed does not affect casters in any way. The only reason there is a dagger and a sword is because of class restrictions.

ok thank you I want to get the sword, but i thought it was going to affect me in some way.
