I agree with the ass comment. TOok me 7 weeks to get all 10 sigils from MSV. In the meantime I had 17 wisdoms. T.T

I've ran my alts every week since 5.2 came out and I still only have 1 or 2 of each on both my alts. I wouldn't say they are that high.

It's worth it if you are looking to min max your gear. If you are casually raiding or not even interested in it, then don't bother.
But I believe I simcrafted my shadowd priest in ilvl 500 gear, at like a 1.2k dps increase with even the meta so /shrug

Well technically you don't have to run MSV for Sigils of Power, You could just run Terrace of Endless Spring as that raid drops both types of Sigil. However it will take alot longer unless you get very lucky

EDIT: Seems this was changed! (see below posts!)

you are free to screw it if you want to, but I'd say legendary quest chains aren't good sex partners.
Warlorcs of Draenorc made me quit. You can't have my stuff.

Both sets of sigils drop from all three LFR tier 14 raids. Only on normal/heroic does sigils of power only drop in MSV and sigils of wisdom in HOF and ToES.

I've never seen Wisdom drop in MSV or Power drop in HoF, in LFR. >.>
