Lets say he is now dead at the end of the siege
what will you talk about on the forums instead. I feel Garrosh has been an important conversation and lore for the past 3 xpacks
sooo now he is dead... what now?
he had alot of room for growth but he is as disposable as Saurfang jr.
That's actually good point but i have faith in mmo community to find reasons to flame and complain.
Here's some possibilities.
"OMG new warcheif (whoever it is) suck !!! He had no character development!!!"
"Garrosh was greatest warchief ever !!!! Blizz ruined great character !!!"
"OMG alliance role in siege made no sense !!!"
"OMG horde role in siege made no sense !!!"
"Is blizzard lazy ?"
"IS GC a cretin ???"
"MoP was greatest expac !!! XXX (new expac) suck !!!"
" XXX have not enough dailies !!! they dont cater about casuals !!!"
" XXX have too much dailies !!! They cater only about casual !!!"
And so on....
Alliance will talk about how they should have killed Horde.
Horde will talk about how alliance stands in the way during assault on burning legion.
People will still talk about Garrosh even if he's dead. they still talk about illidan and kael'thas.
and there will always be this tone from some players saying "aww but he was the best warchief ever, despite he nearly broke the horde apart and set back its development for half a decade"
When garrosh dies, I require a moment of silence.
Anyways, OP is right, Garrosh has done just what Blizzard wanted to do with him, he has caused a lot of conflict even between players. Without Garrosh people will probably just post double the "The current expansion sucks and *Insert expansion that was current 2 times before the current one* was much better" posts, in other words, the WoW forums during Wrath of the Lich King but a little more extreme.
People ripped on Varian and his sudden appearance in wow when he first showed up. They ripped on Tirion for him finishing the lich king. They rip on Sylvanas all the time for what she's still doing.
You... saying you want change? You want to eat a bagel?
Blizzcon will have gone past by the time, presumably, so I think we will have lots of stuff to talk about. That's the ungrateful position of final patches: Nobody gives as many shits as they could, since Blizz spills the beans on what comes after too soon.
Now you see it. Now you don't.
