Help our Rep Paladin please

Hello,

Our Guild is currently stuck on Horridon 10m and we have a few DPS who are unable to pull 90k+ and we are working with them. I am mainly here for our Ret paladin. If I can get some pro paladins to audit his logs and let me know what he is doing wrong would be great!

His name is Syral and he was present in our Horridon tries 6-11, he is not present before those tries or any other fights in the logs.


Any and all advice would be great, we are also trying to help him with his survivability.
