Hardest: Sion (yeah i know.. :|)
Money talks, bullshit walks..
One I've had most success (and fun!) with: Zac by far. He's so amazing and fun.
One I think needs the most skill.... Probably Lee Sin and Nidalee. Theres a huge difference between decent and bad ones.
Hardest for to learn: Lee Sin, Zyra
Easiest and Most Success: Sona, Taric, Udyr.
League of Legends Porkchop Express 30 NA
Hardest for me to learn: Zed. Still can't play him.
Most Success: Jayce/Elise. Form switch is king.
Maybe try her as a bruiser on top with guantlet / warmogs and see how you get on?
As for my hardest champ I gotta say: Draven - I can play all other AD carrys, and i'm fine with Draven in lane but I just suck at catching axes I guess!
Most success: Vi - what a beast in the jungler and dat ulty

My hardest to learn champions are Orianna in team fights, I lose track of the ball and at start i even used my ulti without any enemies to catch them cause the ball was already returned, very frustrating.
Thresh is the other champion i find hard to play, not due to his skillshots (his E is hardest to land) but your team has to be on their toes and follow his skills up, or you almost always die...
The most successful has to be Zac. I just have a feel with that champion, his healing in the jungle is amazing, fast clears. I can babysit all lanes very easily on him when build right. My successful support has to be Lulu. I have the feeling i can carry team fights big time with her.
We are in this game together, make it work.

Then I played more and more games with him.. looked up a little guide, and suddenly I melt face with him. His harass is insanely strong at level 3.
Also, you can burst like a MOFO. Though it can sometimes get confusing with all those shadows.
Hardest for me Mundo
Still trying to master Zac. So he is the hardest.
Jarvan IV, is my favorite champion since day one.
Hardest: 2 form champions(have trouble timing both form's CDs, would probably be no problem if I played them more, Nidalee's Cougar jump being in front of her doesn't give me any motivation to play her, though)
Success: Lux, used to be Lee Sin
I play easy with Annie, Lux, Sona, Singed
I have hard time playing ADC (MF is not included)
Against the enemy; I can not fight Darius, Talon and Hecriam
That is like asking me to commit suicide
Hardest: Draven and Jayce.
They are both "easy" champions to play okay, but to play them at a skill capped level and maximum performance level is a whole different story.
Easiest: Garen. No questions asked.
Hardest: Karthus, I can't land his Q in teamfights.
Most wins: Annie, everybody dies.
"The world is filled with lies! Thou shalt not kill. Thou shalt not steal. Thou shalt not bear false witness. Thou shalt not commit adultary. These are all lies, deceptions. I don't want to be killed. I don't want to be victim of theft. That is why they use lies like justice and moral to protect their weak selves. The original truth is the survival of the fittest. One must devour it all, wether it be other humans, wealth, power or the world itself! All hail Britannia!" - Charles vi Britannia
Hardest: Rumble for me. I'm so bad at his ultimate. I could probably do it easily if I actually played him.
Most succesful: I'm not too sure on here.. I play nearly every hero. My ranked KDR would show I am most successful with Anivia though.
Easiest: Katarina. R -> Collect win vs noobs
