So the question is:
I play on EU realms, so were these hotfixes applied yesterday (because we've managed to kill Council boss (Horridon didn't seem easier though)), or are they going to be applied today?

I can't be totally sure, but I'd say 90% they were applied yesterday on the maintenance time. That would be usual.
Who is Chris Metzen? He is supposed to be Turkish. Some say his father was German. Nobody believed he was real. Nobody ever saw him or knew anybody that ever worked directly for him, but to hear Zarhym tell it, anybody could have worked for Metzen. You never knew. That was his power. The greatest trick the devil ever pulled was convincing the world he didn't exist. And like that... poof! He's gone.

I am asking this because yesterday there was a problem with Durumu that got hotfixed (that the beam now stops earlier)
So I am not sure about hotfix timing
