Regarding the legendary metagem..

I can't seem to find any info on it, and wowhead is hard to deficer, so I am asking here.
Can you get it more or less straight after you get the last part of the island unlocked?
I'm 18/20, and have the trillium ready. I'm just unsure about the rest of the quest-chain on Wowhead, which claims that you also need to collect 12 titan runestones, and do other stuff as well...
Anyone?

you get the meta just after doing the 20 secrets/40 bars quests > Lightning Lance Quest > Meta - no need to get 12 titan stuff

Yeah, it would seem so. I just saw a russian character have the legendary metagem, so you only need the 20 secrets/40 bars, then do the Nalak thingy.
I guess that cleared it up!

Seems like it's a grind to do now before the 5.3 quest chain where you get your cloak.

After you get the meta you also get an extra socket for headslot called Crown of the Heavens or something like that, kind of like the extra socket you got for your weapon before 5.2.

Crown of the Heavens is the name of the legendary meta-gem; Never seen anything about an extra socket in the helmet.
