ElvUI Party frames border question

Considering this forum is full of people far more intelligent than I, I was hoping someone might be able to help with a little problem;

I'm using a pretty minimal UI setup and my party frames (ElvUI standard) are fairly thin bars. The problem is that when I target someone it highlights their frame border, but it's really thick and overlaps onto the neighbouring frames.

Is there a way to either remove the border highlighting on targetting someone, or better still, making it thinner?

Not at home... but I believe there is an option for it in Elv.

Sort through the options there. Shouldn't be to hard to find.
