Real PPM calculation

How to calculate trinkets that use the Real PPM system? I wish to convert this:
Breath of the Hydra Ilv 502:
0.525 RealPPM on damage/absorb from periodic spell. No ICD.
On this calculation:
Light of the Cosmos Ilv 502:
[3653(proc)x20(duration)]/45(ICD) = 1623.56 Int.

To compare both. Just de maths.

So Light of the Cosmos is the better choice?

Uhh... you can't.

Well, you probably can, but it would be really damn complicated. Best to run it through SimulationCraft, find the uptime and then multiply the proc value by that.
