Question about MH/OH expertise

Hey guys,

I just had a small question regarding expertise capping on main and offhand.

Due to gnomish racials, I get a 1% expertise increase when I use a one-handed sword.
Now my question is, should I keep it the way I have it right now (7.5%/8.5%) or should I switch my sword to my mainhand and quite possibly run with an expertise of somewhere inbetween 6.5 and 7.5 on my off-hand? Reason I'm asking is due to Wild Strike being an off-hand ability, and thus I assumed I should have it expertise capped.

I think it depends on what you can put that 1% expertise into it. If you can put it into crit or mastery, I believe it would be a dps upgrade to go 7.5/6.5 expertise since your main hand damage is a lot higher than your off hand damage (based on abilities, not by weapon dps). If it'd go else where (haste/hit) don't bother.
