Post Custom Build Computer Requirements For Recording on WoW Ultra Settings

Hi. I'm looking to custom build a computer that does exactly what the title says. I need a build that will allow me to play WoW as usual on ultra settings Without Lag. I also need to be able to use a screen recording software like fraps to either capture in game footage. Or footage from WoW model Viewer. Me and a couple friends can build the computer ourselves so if buying the parts separate saves money (Which I'd guess it would) I'm cool with that. If Recording would cause lag on ultra, but not on very high settings I could defiantly live with it. Also say I was in a 25-man raid and I had to turn the graphics down that'd be fine too. I don't need the BEST build but it needs to record high quality gaming clips with no lag. My budget is pretty flexible. I'm not including the price of a gaming mat/mouse/keyboard. I have money set aside for those. The details are in a more condenced form below. I'm okay with replacing parts every year or so.

    Budget
1200 Pound (But cheaper is always fine)

    Resolution
    1920 x 1080

    Games / Settings Desired
Mostly only for WoW (Very High/Ultra settings)

Any other intensive software or special things you do (Frequent video encoding, 3D modeling, etc)
Recording with fraps or similar software and maybe streaming (but not needed). No lag.

    Country
    England

    Parts that can be reused
    No

    Do you need an OS?
No, that is not needed (will be running Windows 7/8)

Do you need peripherals (e.g. monitor, mouse, keyboard, speakers, etc)?
The monitor isn't super important but if someone could recommend a nice one that fits in the budget with the build please say. Mouse/mat/keyboard are not included in the buget

Thank you for your time :-)

Build can be tweaked yourself for whatever case is best looking for you or If you might move onto newer games like BF4 / Crysis 3 then a 670 would be ideal. 650 watt quite overkill for your setup but It's the best option for a modular powersupply I could find.

You did not state wheter you were planning to overclock or no, though it would be suggested when streaming & playing WoW on ultra.

I don't have the best knowledge in whatever capture card is the best buy, but it's the best choice when streaming without sacrificing performance.

The 212Evo is not the best looking cooler available (I think it's quite ugly), perhaps liquid coolers would catch your attention.

    !212 Evo

    !H60

The decision is yours, I prefer a good looking case even If I have to spend alittle more extra for it.

I just noticed I picked green colored ram, perhaps some other color like black would be prefered seeing most parts are black.

I would go with the M4, but seing the UK prices aren't far apart I went ahead with the samsung brand. Black drive should help when recording and dumping all the data to the HDD. But he could change the HDD to a Caviar Blue if he decides for a capture card.

I was gonna suggest the Antec High Current Gamer 620W, but sadly I could not find it in stock anywhere :/

    Fixed.

Went with 2TB (black) for recording and with that budget I'd definitely pick up a 250GB SSD.

WD Green is borderline for recording, but could save money by getting blue instead of black. 840 pro doesn't have much if any advantage in gaming computer.

840 Pro vs 840 have about the same read performance so there Is no extra decreased loading times.

Thanks everyone who replied. I still have to save up a little extra money but I'll probably run with your recommendations Toffie cept make a tweak with memory size and that after talking to my computer expert friend. Thanks everyone else for the suggestions.
