Think hes referring to Displacer beast, its nothing special and very useful on that fight. Check methods kill also, their boomkin uses it alot more.

Lappe, one of paragons balance druids, posted a log that said something like "Your starsurge hits Lei Shen for 220,063 (60,000 Overkill)" Not exact values but you get the idea, however if you watch in the video only about 15 seconds after the link I gave, it shows everyone dieing and Lappe briefly kite the boss and the adds and you can watch the Starsurge fly across and kill Lei Shen, very very reminiscent of the famous "Here comes the pain Bitch!" Ragnaros Vanilla kill below

Just awesome to see it happen and if we could have viewed it from Lappe's perspective would have been that touch cooler

Man I absolutely love how much utility and survivability we have. It does sacrifice ur deeps a bit but its amazing how u can keep tossing a rejuv on ur self, every one min do a big NS+HT self insta heal, AMS from a dk, etc... Not to mention the obvious things like tranq and HoTW. Awesome vid btw.
