Hearthstone: Which Hero (class) do you want to see fight next?

With the release of a new Fireside duel between Jaina and Thrall (found in this thread) I started wondering which Hero you would like to see fight in one of these showcase fights. So let's asume Blizz will release another one of these fights, who do you want to see in it?

Personally I'd say the Rogue deck would be nice to see in action. Though it would be funny if they went for a Garrosh vs Anduin rematch on the Pandaria board instead.

The options are: Paladin, Priest, Warrior, Rogue, Hunter of the classes we've not yet seen, and Warlock, Druid, Shaman, and Mage of the ones we have.


P.S. I'd do a poll, but that would make this thread useless if we do indeed get another fight, cause the poll options would be wrong.

Well that might work in some distant expansion when the Demon Hunter class is added to Hearthstone, but currently the options are limited to the original classes that came with Vanilla WoW. I'll add them to the OP for clarity.

Some Draenor Drama, I like it! Shame Velen is only a priest card though, and not an actual Hero. Gul'dan vs Anduin Wrynn doesn't have the same ring to it, even if you could use Velen against Gul'dan then.

Velen should have been made the priest hero, imo. A shame he's just a card. :/

Nope, blatently copied it from official Hearthstone forums. Since not everybody visits the official forums and this brand new forum can use some nice threads to discuss the game, I see no problem in that. You'll get different answers from different people and whole new discussion might flair up, people may discover the fact there's a new game video out etc. etc.

I'm pretty tired of the typical demon hunter response. Why does it have to be something we're used to? I for one would like a new class that isn't common. Something like dragoon or battlemage.

Paladin vs Hunter. So I can see my main vs my main from Vanilla duke it out. Also since DK's aren't in, my fiance' would most likely play the Hunter class since that is her second favorite.

Well promising news. I just saw a Phenteo post on Reddit that they will try to ensure that all heroes are seen. Now we just need to post our prefered Heros in threads like this and Blizz will get to work on showing them!

Nah, they have the chance to have Garrosh and Anduin go head to head on the Pandaria board, they should totally take it. You can still have Rogue/Hunter vs Pally after that and keep your idea in tact.

Actually that's not bad. 2 more vs. Duels with a Horde and an Alliance character against each other, and then use the final left over character to show us a Forge fight. Put 3 weeks between each video and you arrive at late June before we've seen it all. Perfect time to start handing out Beta details and start getting people excited for actually playing.

Actually Rogue class goes to Alliance. Because Valeera is an Blood elf who is friend of Varian and is Alliance.

Rogue goes up in Alliance and if you logic turns up to be true I would like to see:

Rogue Vs Hunter
Paladin Vs Warrior
Priest Vs Warlock/Warrior.
