You can change the speed with the sail settings. There are also a lot of upgrades to be bought, I cant recall what they were exactly. Check the bloke near the ship

No, I mean the actual top speed. That other ship was as fast as my ship and it was pretty much either both shooting at eachother or neither being in range. Originally Posted by hunty

You can just turn away and fire at them. Never just stay side to side, you'll get fucked up real good.
