Elements is a 10 man semi-hardcore raiding-guild that was created 13-05-2011 and was formed by experienced raiders from other guilds around Turalyon. Since our foundation we were constantly climbing up the ladder and growing as a team, securing us a solid, well established position among Turalyon's progressive raiding guilds. We also have the realms highest scoring Challenge Modes team with the #1 time in 7 out of the 9 Challenge Mode Dungeons on the realm.
Recruitment

Any should do but these are prefered:

- DK
- Warlock
- Shadowpriest ( highly needed )
1x Healer
- Shaman
- Monk

Whilst we stick to a lower raid schedule than most, we still manage to keep heroic progression competitive on the realm, always with the goal of clearing the heroic content in its current form. In order to achieve this, the following requirements are mandatory to our raiders:
• Good situational awareness
• Staying focused and the ability to execute the tasks given to you
• Good survivability
• In depth knowledge of the class you are playing
• Ability to communicate in English
• Ability to play more than one spec to a high standard
