    New Budget PC thread

So I really been needing a new pc lately. Been using a 3yr old Gaming laptop that still runs well but is having some troubles. As the subject says this will be a budget that can hopefully be somewhat powerful and still good in a year or two, or more with SLI

The Mobo/cpu I can only get from microcenter as they have the cheapest price I can find and arent too far from me and if bundled together the price goes from 323 to 284

As for everything else Ill be using my old Case/HD/Powersupply from a previous computer.
Any ideas if its a decent machine? Again I just plan on playing WoW at ultra, Tera, D3, Borderlands and some newer games (if I have to turn some settings down so be it but I want it decent looking)

That's actually not a bad setup. The only possible change I'd make is to go for This Twin FROZR MSI HD7850 for $170 after MiR, but even then, it's a pretty close call and I'm willing to be overruled on this.

Ugh. ATI keeps kicking nVidia's butt on those prices... For a little bit more, you -might- consider a Gigabyte 660 (~$190) but the 7850 for 160-170 is a damn steal. I love nVidia but... you just can't argue with price/performance.
