New PC for MMO gaming

Hi guys, I wanna build a new PC mainly for Guild Wars 2

Budget: 800$
Resolution: I`d like a 24` 120hz monitor
Games / Settings Desired: Mainly for Guild Wars 2
Any other intensive software or special things you do (Frequent video encoding, 3D modeling, etc)
Country: USA
Parts that can be reused: Mouse, Keyboard, HDD, Power Supply
Do you need an OS? Hmn no, I can DL a Windows 8
Do you need peripherals (e.g. monitor, mouse, keyboard, speakers, etc)? No.

Last year I bought an i5 3570k so this time I`m aiming for 3770k, price at Microcenter between them is only 40$

There are alot of options for MOBO, Sabertooth, Asus P8Z77 for example, what`s the meaning of -L -M and all the other stuff after that? Please explain me them.

GPU I shall buy a Radeon 7950 which is costing around 320$ bucks, I never bought a Nvidia card, so I dont have any experience with them, I`d be gladly if you could suggest me any kind of Card to buy.

8GB DDR3 1600 CL9 which is costing bout` 64$ seems good to me.

for SSD, intel one 120gb for bout` 120$, good one or I should buy another one?

monitors I will one in few weeks, 120hz one, suggest me a good one if you can, Thanks!

-LE i guess means Light Edition (budget version). -M is microATX version.
