WoW was seriously unhealthy for me

I'm in my 20's and retired, actually looking for a condo. I may get a hobby/job like ski instructor or something but for right now I have nothing but free time.

The gear/leveling treadmill was adding an insane amount of stress in my life and I didn't even notice. It was costing me hours of sleep, it was like a constant pressure like I imagine a real job would be. it was horrible. I realized I didn't find the game fun anymore and was just continuing to alieviate a temporary stress/pressure I felt from the 'game' I was getting like 4-5 hours of sleep, seriously. It was crazy.

Now I'm playing LoL and getting 8-9 hours of sleep and actually feel excitement/fun when I play with absolutely no pressure.

GG WoW you are horrible.

Edit: Also, I can do Tribunal cases over morning cereal in LoL and cast scorn upon random strangers, it's great

leveling in WoW is easy dunno what your talking about or how that would even cause you to lose sleep. What gear treadmill are you even on. Most gear runs dont take up that much time unless your raiding, and raids vary but LFR and heroic dungeons, again nothing to lose sleep over, raiding on the other hand yea, but i would just say find a better raiding group to suit your needs.

Other than that sounds like you overplayed a game for no reason what so ever.
