12/12 xp Normal 514 Hpally/ 514 Spriest LF Raiding Guild Tue/wednesday or LATE night

Im currently looking for a consistent raiding guild. Either 2 days Tuesday/Wednesday any hours. 5+ hours is fine. Or Extremely late night/morning or afternoon guild anytime, If late night, looking for 12 am PST start time with any time finish, or 9am PST start time any time finish. 23 yo adult.

12/12 Normal for both holy pali 514 ms/ 500 ret, 514 shadow
have 1/12 xp without kill heroic jinrokh, very easy boss

Previous Lich King Content was when i was able to raid full time. Was in top 80 25 man guild Rush During Ulduar and top 20 rush during t9. My 25 man Observed algalon realm first was with them as a rogue. I then swapped to a disc priest on another account and went on to get realm first 0 light and Anuburak Realm first. I then took a break for cataclysm and returned late in MOP on a holy paladin.

Baddies is a semi-hardcore guild with strong roots in some of the top guilds on this server. As Guild Master, I have raid led, been an officer of, or been the GM of guilds that have been top tier on this server since early Wrath, with much more raiding history past that. Our focus is making sure bosses die and you can expect a raid atmosphere that can focuses on that when you join, but we definitely know how to kick back on the down-time. Baddies is a community, and we play together inside and outside of raids. Whether it's farming Warbringers, doing an alt raid, or playing any of the seemingly infinite amounts games outside of WoW, you can expect to be a part of it.

Recruitment:

We are recruiting all skilled players on a permanent basis. We do not recruit for the bench. All our raid positions are based on your desirability as a raider. This includes your skill, attitude, and how prepared and reliable you are. As for raid times, you can expect a minimum of three nights a week for at least three hours. During early progression, we add an additional day on to our raid schedule, based on raid availability.

ACCURATE SCHEDULE - Our raids end on time. We make the commitment to start and end the raids on time because we know you want to get as much content complete as possible without interfering with sleep schedules or other commitments you have outside of the game.

STELLAR PLAYERS - All of our players come prepared to raid. We do not bring players who need to be carried. There is no drama pushing people away. Everyone takes the extra time to research all encounters and class mechanics to excel.

NO RECRUITING FOR BENCH - Our players come to raid and that is exactly what they do. We value every member of our team. Sometimes other guilds recruit an openings and only allow new recruits access to one or two fights. Our goal is to have recruits engage all content as often as possible.
