-Useable in arena
-rogues and druids can restealth after using it

i love using my shadowmeld as a vanish, sometimes works, sometimes doesn't. still handy.

it's because items don't adhere to the cooldown restrictions for spells. and since most items with long CD are vanity, it isn't really an issue.
