iron qon 25m normal arching lightning?

So we're wiping on iron qon 25, and have found out that the arching lightning its lasting from the lightning all the way to the last phase and is just way too much damage(about 5mil). Now I understand that it jumps but how are you suppose to deal with it in detail, in assuming when you click someone out that person spreads out, or do both(clicker and the clickee) have to spread?anything would be great help.

We just have people spread and if anyone still has it by the time we get to the 3rd dog they get to fuck off into a corner for 20 seconds till it's clear.

Dunno about 25 man, but on 10 man, after the wind doggy dies we just make sure that anyone that still has the debuff stays away from everyone else until it drops.

Everyone tends to get it during the lightning storms since he pulls everyone togheter. We ignore it and just focus on the boss until it goes into the frost phase. Here you need people to spreadout and just wait for it drop off. Just stack up again once all debuffs are gone.

Thanks will give it a shot. My other question is, who gets it? The one stunned or the one clicking them out excluding after the storm.

our 25m team mostly ignores the debuff until wind doggy is dead. then we keep spread on ice dog until everyone is clear (DBM does show quite nicely who still has it. 3rd dog is quite easy on mechanics so its perfect time to just chill and let it drop. just keep away from everyone else so it doesnt spread again.

The one stunned gets it and the person who breaks them from the stun (usually) gets it spread to them from close proximity.

I think one of the problems some groups might see is people that are more concerned with their DPS than dropping the debuff. Since the Frost dog puts up those Dead Zone shields, it encourages some people to shift position and get to a side where they can do damage - but they shouldn't do that until all debuffs are gone.
