    TG Polearms and Staves

Speculation time: Do you think they fixed the animation on this? (Which is supposedly why they never did it in the first place)

Do you think they'll let you transmog two handed weapons to these? Been stockpiling polearms since they mentioned this :P

I would like to finally use the Black Ice that's been in my bank for 3 years.

I'm very happy about it. With change like this, I might even play my warrior again

time to farm black ice and (fordragon blades) the lighter color polearm in ToC both will look really good although the blue color of Intensity? or possible the red version from ulduar would look really good.

Black Ice with a big shield would look cool.

does this mean there will be more str polearms/staves in the future? Seems to be a non-transmog thing too :S

Very likely, afaik, the only reason there haven't been more is because of Fury not being able to wield them (properly) but if we now can mog any 2-hander to any 2-hander (Polearm -> Sword, Sword -> Polearm) it really shouldn't matter, we'll see

I'd presume they would use different animations for polearms ?

Unless they have simply changed the animation to that of other 2 handers then we won't be able to transmog into them. Hope at-least we see more viable strength polearms return to the game as they look too awesome to be so underused.

Maybe they resolved that part :-)

I don't think that this will mean that you will be able to transmog polearms to 2h sword or whatever, because that would mean that you would see druids and monks use 2h sword and stuff.

You must be able to equip an item to transmog it.

There are no words to describe my dissapointment about not being able to transmog staff to polearm as a shaman.

You, and everyone else. This and Black Ice are going to be literally everywhere. However what i'm excited for is frost scythe from midsummer boss since warriors are the only str class that can mog into it.

First, I will list all the +Strength polearms in Mists of Pandaria, in alphabetical order:

Bo-Ris, Horror in the Night which appears to have a chance to drop from any ToT boss, and
Sturdy Yaungol Spear one of the rare hidden BoA treasures around Pandaria.

And now, I will list all of the +Strength staves available in Mists of Pandaria, in alphabetical order:

    ...That is all.
