Background on myself, been playing WoW since early vanilla put on a bit of weight during high school so was just a bit overweight and decided to lose weight about 2 months ago so far i've lost over 10 kilos and have still been able to game a lot while doing so my question to you is:
How much weight have you lost?
How long did it take you?
How often do you play video games and still get these results?
Do you have any special tips or tricks that you do when you work out to lose weight fast or build muscle faster?
