This is really similar to my idea for the new expansion, although mine was more Old God/Naga centered instead of Legion, and I had more islands as zones.

Despite how fussy I am, I love the expansion idea proposed by the OP!

There is certainly an excellent potential in these forums ... if Blizzard knew it ... all we would be happier ...

Don't spread false information, the Trident of the Tides isn't even in the RPG books. It was from an interview at blizzcon the year Cataclysm was announced. It was also on the old preview site of Abyssal Maw and in one of the warcraft magazine issues.

Nope, that's not the trident at all. The artifacts you see the Naga steal is the Crucible of Nazsharin, that artifact is the sole reason ad to why the Naga are even causing trouble in Vashj'ir. They never intended to capture Neptulon, but to overthrow him and claim his domain.... Sadly we will possibly never learn of what happened to Neptulon after TotT. Edit: The only info I could find about his trident was from wowwiki and most of it was flawed.

Why would Misha have to die?
Rexxar and Misha could be together and he makes sure the Ogres get into the Horde by his leadership with the Stonemaul, Dreadmaul, and the Dunemaul under his care and they take over Feralas and make a home in Dire Maul and with the flood going on and push out the Alliance Forces in the area.

You have some great ideas in there, but i believe this would look too much like Cata, where most things didn't feel "linked" together because they weren't in 1 continent and spread across different continents. I really disliked that.

Care to provide a source before going apeshit? Edit; right so it does seem that Blizzard did indeed mention his potent trident, however we never even saw it in the game so it's likely that they forgot all about it.

I'd rather have half-ogres tbh. Ogres just seem so dumb xD

Lol, its gonna have to be dealt with eventually, and seeing as how N'Zoth is tied to both it and Azshara, any expac that features one will inevitabely have all three.

Yea i dont like new races often. Either they get no lore or they steal it from the other races. But they could be cool if written better.

100000x better than *snicker* naga (What a ridiculous race that would make. They look like slurm worms from Futurama!)

Look, I like the ideas mostly. That said, one thing I dislike, Blizzard has always linked the races with the theme of the expansion. An expansion about underwater stuff and Azshara can't have ogres and etherals coming from Outlands and who knows where. It must have a race that fits, like naga.

Good idea, I actually read all of it. Some things there and there, would't work. But overall it's a cool story. I would enjoy this alot more then Pandaria, seems like there is more action here.

Amazing idea. Even the title is awesome. Only thing holding it back is Ethereals as a race.

Honestly, I can't see Ogres as playable either.

    And have two heads.

Lets be real here; if the team that handles races are working on new models for the old classes, there isn't going to be a new race in the next expansion.
