the 1997 film? robin is and will always be a less impressive version of batman imo. hes not as awesome as batman.

Batman on ice? The best thing that happened to the super hero film genre, ever. It was so bad it delayed every comic book movie plan for years, and let technology catch up.
As a film itself, it's very clear that this is the film version of the 1960s tv-show.

Batman and Robin was about as comforting as a 2 hour shit. Now I know what you're saying. "but taking a shit is often comforting and relaxing..." except when you're doing it for 2 hours straight without stopping.
