PvE Trinkeds still good for pvp?

As the titel says. Im wondering if the pve trinkeds still are good in pvp? Im ofe talking about [Brutal Talisman of the Shado-Pan Assault] .
Before the nerfs. It gave 8000 strength in pvp. Not its only 4000. But the question is. Is it still worth it? Or are the normal pvp trinkeds best? Thanks!

Its 30 seconds in pvp? Seems to be a buff. And 4400 strength seems to be nice tbh. But is it worth it?
