Soloing old content question

So this is a VERY noob question. But I am new to soloing old content. :P Anyways, I just did Ony 10m. Can I now go and do 25m in the same week? Because I left the instance, changed my Raid Difficulty to 25m, and went back in. And it was empty. Thanks! Also, this question applies to ICC as I want to solo that too.

Since they changed to shared lockouts at the end of Wrath, you can only do one difficulty per lockout - either 10 or 25, but not both.

ICC uses the flexible lockout system, so you are able to change between 10 and 25 during the same lockout. This is quite useful for soloing if you are after specific pieces or shards, etc.
