How to get three monitors to work again...

So I have been running a two monitor set up for about a year now and i just bought a third monitor....
For the past year i have had one monitor on the Integrated graphics and the other (the main one) on the Dedicated card ( Zotac GeForce GTX 560 Ti 1GB Video Card)
I had booted up for the first time and everything was good - All three displayed (Running two on my Card + 1 on my Mobo) however the order was wrong (Aka left monitor was the right one etc) so i went into Nvidea graphics options and then Poof- The third monitor stopped working and the Intel integrated Display options are now gone.
    Help?
    Specs:
    Win 8 16 Gb RAM Zotac GeForce GTX 560 Ti 1GB Video Card i7 Intel 3.4 Ghz Processor. Mobo : ASUS|MAXIMUS IV GENE-Z/GEN3 Z68

Did you try using Windows' built in monitor manager? (Don't know what it's called in English)

See if it shows up there.

Right click the desktop, should say something along the lines of Resolution/Monitor something.

    i7-6700k 4.2GHz | Gigabyte GTX 980 | 16GB Kingston HyperX | Intel 750 Series SSD 400GB | Corsair H100i | Noctua IndustialPPC

I thought the 500 series minus two cards made by zotac cant support 3 monitors.

So i restarted my Computer for the 10th time - It said it experienced a system error and will do a system restore. Now All three work. Thank you for the reply though =D
