Sign of failing SSDs getting kernel-pnp and Ntfs errors/warnings?

Note, it took me 2 damn days to actually get Windows 8 reinstalled after my format doing everything the exact same. It would hang at installing updates during setup, to hanging at getting devices ready 10% or 12%, etc. It would hang at just the loading circle and nothing else. Finally got it to install by some freak occurrence and it just went through so it may be that that's causing all these issues. But anyways, here's a few of the errors/warnings I've caught looking at the event viewer. Before anyone asks, this is with a official Microsoft system builders oem disk and a valid license.

    kernel-pnp

    Code:

    One of the Ntfs errors

    Code:

    Here's another one (Application Error)

    Code:

Whats the model and make of the SSD? And size?

    Download CrystalDiskInfo

There will be a bunch of information that comes up like total host writes, drive health, retired block count etc, an SS of the values would be helpful.

It says the drives are fine, but could be wrong I guess.

That's actually the first time I've seen it go below 100% in crystaldiskinfo.

What, the total health level? Or the wear leveling count?

The driver error is related to what appears to be a USB Card Reader. The question here is what's causing it - is the driver corrupted on the SSD, or is some other hardware related problem causing it to fail to load.

If you believe the data being reported by the SSD, you have only consumed 2-3% of the total P/E endurance and there don't appear to be any SMART values indicating a problem. According to the SMART data the drives are healthy.

So either, they're actually not healthy at all.

Or, this is some other problem. Drivers, SATA controller hardware, mobo, etc.. Impossible to say from here unfortunately.

I'll check out the card reader then and see if the motherboard is going bad, etc.

Could it just be that since my Windows disc (from microsoft) was acting up that when I made it into an ISO to reburn it it could of not burned right and carried over into the other discs? Since I can't get another system builders disc and Microsoft doesn't have any downloadable system builders ISOs out only way to get one would be to buy another license.

System builder ISO is just the OEM version of windows, really. Are you using win8 or 7? I'm assuming win8.

Yea 8. But I've tried downloading the ISO from their upgrade program and it wouldn't accept my key because it was a OEM key and not a upgrade key.

And I really don't want to have to turn to torrenting just for an ISO.

Meh, that's what I get for never ever using official download links. Sorry about that

Since this is a crucial M4, are you getting crashes every hour? If so, update the firmware, you may be on verision 1 or version 2 of the firmware. There is a known issue that is fixed in Firmware 9+ that resolves this. Said issue is after 5000 hours of use, you will get a blue screen every hour with the old firmwares, updating to atleast v9 will resolve this issue.

No, not crashing every hour. And the firmware is the latest (070H). First thing I did was update that as I thought it may of been the case.

Computers been fine since last night, have noticed a few more warnings/errors in the Event Viewer since then but no shutdowns, crashes, etc. No errors downloading WoW like the first time, etc.

So I'm basically at a lost as what's going on with the errors/warnings. They could just be a Windows thing but I doubt that lol.

seen ram errors give the same patten try to rule them out

As far as I know, downloading official ISOs of any Windows is legal, since they ask for a key (which is not included with the iso, you have to get your own key).

OP: You might want to do a memtest, your issues looks memory related.

Downloading from -public- sites is. MSDN is a pay service. Though you have to log in, and those downloads disappear when you click em and can't log in.

Not only that, but most MSDN accounts have the keys tied to the ISO, at least I know the Win8 ones are. They track what gets downloaded and activataed.
